Justin Chadwick irá dirigir “Ironbow: The Legend of William Tell”

Justin Chadwick foi escolhido para dirigir o filme Ironbow: The Legend of William Tell, afirma The Hollywood Reporter.

Ironbow: The Legend of William Tell centra sua história em um atirador de arco e flecha que, por não ter saudado o governo Australiano, foi forçado a atirar numa maçã que estava na cabeça do seu filho na troca teria a sua liberdade. O senhor soberano da região que comanda a ação notifica Tell, pois este tinha uma segunda flecha no coldre. William declara que isso significava que se ele tivesse morto o seu filho aquela flecha era destinada ao senhor soberano. Tell acaba sendo preso mas consegue fugir e matar o senhor soberano, incitando à rebelião que levou à formação da Confederação Suiça.

Jay Wolpert escreveu o roteiro. Gary Barber, Roger Birnbaum e Jonathan Glickman irão produzir o filme.
